		<description>Hey - I have been sneaking extra veggies into my chili for years - try to add some sweet potato puree, beet puree (you have to add extra red though cause otherwise it turns pinkish...hee hee), cauliflower puree, chickpea puree, or something like that - a little extra veggie and the chili tastes the same (or better)!  When friends come over and watch some football they rave about it.
