do i need to be incorporated for an affiliate marketing business?


No you don’t. I run my own affiliate marketing business. I did not have to get any type of licence. Save all your reciepts for your internet bills, printer, paper etc. etc. The companies will send you tax information for the year (W9′s), and when you file your taxes, you can use your reciepts for tax write-offs :)

    NO – in fact you can pretty much operate as a sole proprietorship. Why hassle yourself with a corporation’s double taxation, difficulty and expense in setting up when you are simply selling other people’s products in your affiliate marketing business?
