Microsoft has some, they are FREE, you get your own domain, email accounts@yourdomain.com, However, you have to give out your credit card number, just for reliablility, and so that they know your age, etc. no spam can be allowed,
but if you have a legal credit card, than noooooo worries!

yahoo small biz is hands-down the easiest hosting platform to use. I would use http://www.interkeys.com/tophosts to get one for a few bucks a month with 500 GIG bandwidth and the rich with features, all the hosts nowadays are making their platforms easier to use.
