    The cheapest non-free host I’m aware of is https://www.nearlyfreespeech.net/ . It uses a pay-as-you-go scheme and thus tends to be cheaper than other hosts, unless you get just the right amount of traffic to hit such a host’s sweet spot for getting a good deal.
